Include your membership or frequent flyer number with each reservation. Points will be credited 6–8 weeks after the rental return. If not added at the time of rental, you can request a retroactive credit by providing the rental contract number. You have three options:
- Fill out the Points Request Form on the Club ALAMO website.
- Contact our offices directly.
- Send a claim by email or postal mail including: your name, contact info, rental contract, frequent flyer number, and proof of travel if applicable.
